Transfection experiment

I have set up a transfection experiment for you whereby you have to transfect HEK293 cells with a Crispr-Cas plasmid. The cells are plated in a 24-well format and each well of a 24-well plate holds 0.5ml of media. The plasmid concentration is 150ng/ul How much plasmid will you use (tell me the volume) for the following? a. Need 2.5μg of plasmid per well b. Need final plasmid concentration of 300pg/μ l per well
