Well woman comprehensive exam

When doing a well woman comprehensive exam, what do we put for the differential diagnosis? For example, if they come in for a skin rash, we list 3 possible differential diagnosis. If they come in with vaginal discharge, we list 3 possible differential diagnosis. How do we handle this if it is just a comprehensive well woman exam and she is not sick or experiencing a problem?
