What is your rationale?

Your patient has worked most of his life doing manual labor and at the age of 76  is experiencing joint movement rlt pain followed by almost daily stiffness and a crunching sound or feeling with some movements at the shoulder, knees, hips, hands, and lower back.
Is this age-related or a symptom of a disease process? what is your rationale?
