Clients with dementia

You are employed at a long-term care facility. During your break your co-worker starts complaining about one of her clients who has dementia. Because of the dementia, it takes a very long time to provide the client with care. Your co-worker even mentions the client’s name during the conversation. How would you handle this breach of confidentiality.
