There are multiple ethical issues related to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Numerous measures have been instituted to prevent the spread of the virus. The more controversial of these include social isolation, closure of businesses, and the mandated wearing of masks in public spaces. There has been pushback by certain groups of people who feel that these interventions are an infringement of their personal freedoms.
