Heart-healthy salad
Invent an appealing, heart-healthy salad by adding ingredients with little saturated or trans fat. Select the Track Diet tab, and select Recipes located under My Created Foods. Select Create New Recipe; then enter a name for your recipe and the number of servings. Select Add Ingredient to begin entering the ingredients for your salad. Select Save after all ingredients have been entered, and you will then see your salad recipe. Select the “i” icon next to the recipe name to display the nutrients in the salad. How did you do?
