Nasal feeding tube

Where would you suggest a nasal feeding tube terminates if the patient is high risk for aspiration or has uncontrolled vomiting? Where the tube ends will determine the name of the feeding tube i.e. nasogastric, nasoduodenal, nasojejunal. If a patient needs tube feeds for less than six weeks, which feeding tube route would likely be chosen?
