Noteworthy Clinical Experience Post (1a) one noteworthy clinical experience with a patient, and (1b) one noteworthy clinical
experience with your preceptor, and the processes of your thinking toward resolving and gaining
closure on each matter: (1a = 2.5 points) (1b = 2.5 points).

I am at an urgent care setting Urgent care had given me good experience with acute low maintence/management type illnesses..ex. sinusitis, cough/cold, gastroenteritis, low back pain etc
