Quality Improvement Committee at your organization
You are the leader of a newly formed Quality Improvement Committee at your organization. There are several clinical issues that have been brought to the committee for improvement in outcomes. In prior committees that you have served on, the structure has been very loose and made up as you went along. You realize the important work this committee has to do and you are considering including the EBP competencies in the framework of the committee.
How would you integrate these competencies and get buy-in from your fellow committee members? Use the literature to support your response.
