3. Prioritize Hypotheses. Where do you start? What is most/least likely? What is the highestrisk complication? Prioritize care accordingly.

 

4. Generate Solutions. What can you do? What are the desirable outcomes? Whatinterventions achieve those outcomes? What should be avoided? List interventions.

 

5. Take Action. What will you do? Identify the most appropriate action. Implement thesolution that addresses the highest priorities. List the interventions that are most appropriateand specify the most immediate priority.

 

6. Evaluate Outcomes. Did it help? Evaluate the actions performed based on the updatedstatus of the patient. Evaluate whether the assessment finding improved, no change ordeclined
